Senior+ AI Engineer, LLMs & SLMs (Multiple Roles)

Location : Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. This position requires regular in-office work with a partial hybrid option available. Remote work is possible for exceptional candidates.

Position Overview

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology by designing, developing, and deploying innovative machine learning models and systems. Collaborating closely with other ML engineers, game programmers, designers, and platform teams, you will contribute to the advancement of our behavior engine. Your proficiency in Python, cloud platforms, and ML frameworks will be crucial in driving our projects forward. You will be instrumental in pioneering new approaches, pushing the boundaries of what\'s possible, and significantly impacting the direction of our models and the company. Additionally, you will oversee the collection, analysis, and curation of data to continually enhance our models.

Responsibilities

• Model Development : Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models to drive player engagement in games.
• Data Pipeline Construction : Build and maintain robust data pipelines for preprocessing, training, and deployment of ML models.
• Cloud Integration : Deploy and manage ML solutions on GCP, AWS, and OCI, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Performance Monitoring : Monitor and evaluate the performance of ML models in production, ensuring continuous improvement.
