Position Overview :   The Data Entry Clerk plays an important support role in keeping daily operations running smoothly during peak vacation periods. This temporary, part-time position provides accurate and timely data entry while also supporting Customer Service and Operations teams as needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys focused, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and supporting a collaborative team.

Location : St. John's, NL

Schedule : Monday - Friday | 3 : 00pm - 8 : 00pm

Duration : Temporary / Part-Time | Spring & Summer Season

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and driver support, including driver services, data entry, driver check-in, audits, and reception coverage
• Support the Administration team during vacations and absences to ensure service levels, objectives, and deadlines are met
• Partner closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to maintain an efficient, well-coordinated workflow
• Perform other related duties as required to support daily operations
