- 32 / hr - $21.35 / hr Shift Type : Part-time Shift Times : 1530 2330 or 2330 0730 Reports to : Mobile Supervisor JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Safely operating a Mobile Patrol motor vehicle in accordance with all laws and regulations;
- Conducting security checks at client sites according to directives, standards and post orders; Utilize company cell phones, two-way radios and Tracktik phone app;
- Conducting alarm response to client sites as needed; Conducting House Watch patrol if necessary; Attending lone worker sites to check on workers when requested;
- Ensuring incident and shift reports are completed including Run Sheets, Vehicle Inspection reports, Key Muster reports, Tracktik reports, Alarm reports and Inventory reports;
- Reporting for shifts on time, and maintaining proper dress and deportment at all times; Reporting any unsafe incidents, practices and / or issues;
- Conducting vehicle checks at start of shifts and ensuring any issues are reported accurately; Being respectful towards tools / equipment and ensuring proper key control at all times;
- Ensuring vehicles are kept clean and washed as required; Maintaining high standard of work ethic and professionalism; Promoting a respectful workplace by displaying a courteous, professional attitude;
- Keeping management aware of any unusual incidents; Assisting in the training of new Patrol Drivers, and setting a good example at all times;
Completing any additional assignment as instructed by the Client Service Manager for Mobile Patrols. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Must possess a valid B.
C. security workers licence. Must possess a valid BC driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract. You have excellent problem solving skills and professional report writing.
You can work under pressure and have a calm demeanor. You are proficient at operating equipment such as cell phones and two-way radios.
Able to work independently, especially in the evenings and overnight. Provide superior customer service to clients and general public.
Provide access control and security foot patrols as needed. Proactively respond to and resolve emergency situations and conflicts.
Complete evacuation and emergency response procedures. Communicate problems or concerns to the supervisor. Possess excellent multi-tasking, problem solving, prioritizing and organizational abilities.
