Position Overview
The Commercial and Community Partnerships Manager plays a key support role within the Reach Group, providing research, documentation, coordination, and systems support that underpin client assessments, strategic planning, and Indigenous partnership development.
This position is intended for an early-career professional with experience working closely with Indigenous communities and / or a business or related academic background who is comfortable with detailed, computer-based work and is interested in building experience in Indigenous partnership development, commercial strategy, and reconciliation-focused consulting. The role is designed to support senior leadership by working closely with both commercial clients and the Indigenous Communities they support, taking on aspects of client to community engagement and much of the analytical and document-driven work associated with Reach Group’s advisory services.
