Provide French bilingual customer support for an insurance client through the Arise® Platform.

If you speak English and French, have experience providing support for insurance products and you’re looking to earn income but need flexibility, this opportunity could be just what you’re looking for. A day in the life providing Insurance Sales and Support through the Platform:

·       Support customers calling with insurance questions, in both English and French

What It Takes to Succeed: You must be self-motivated (no supervisor will be peering over your shoulder), possess outstanding problem-solving skills, demonstrate patience and empathy, and be able to work under pressure, handling potentially stressful situations. Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills are a must. It’s also important to deliver knowledgeable, friendly, and customer service while efficiently navigating multiple systems.
