Talent Search Specialist

Downtown Montreal / hybrid schedule

YOUR ROLE  :

  • Work with Talent Search Consultants in their day-to-day operations;
  • Develop and implement innovative candidate search strategies using a variety of tools;
  • Conduct targeted searches in our database of job search engines and social networks;
  • Identify talents to contact for our clients;
  • Communicate with candidates and understand their needs;
  • Accompany candidates towards new opportunities;
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

SKILLS REQUIRED  :

  • Post-secondary education;
  • Experience in recruitment or as a researcher (an asset);
  • Knowledge of the legal field (an asset);
  • Excellent communication skills in French, both written and spoken and fluency in English;
  • Dynamic, efficient, collaborative and a team player;
  • Analytical, inquisitive and eager to contribute new ideas;
  • Adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
