Petroleum Cardlock Assistant (Casual) – Stettler – Central Alberta Co‑op

We’re looking for an organized, customer‑focused professional with strong computer skills and attention to detail to support our Petro Division team in Stettler. As a Petroleum Cardlock Assistant, you will help ensure site operations, sales, and administration run smoothly and efficiently.

Position

Petroleum Cardlock Assistant – Casual (Less than 24 hours per week). Availability : Weekdays and weekends, mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Be familiar with point‑of‑sale system.
  • Complete administrative duties at the location.
  • Order parts and supplies for operations as needed.
  • Maintain the Stettler Cardlock facility and monitor cardlock reporting.
  • Operate a forklift to efficiently organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
  • Coordinate and complete deliveries using a flat‑deck pickup truck and trailer, ensuring safe and timely transport of materials.
  • Collaborate with other locations and division marketing efforts, participating in advertising responsibilities.
  • Adhere to Central Alberta Policies, Procedures, Loss Prevention and Health and Safety programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • 1–2 years of experience.
  • Valid Class 5 licence.
  • Must provide a driver’s abstract that meets company standards upon hire.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
