Required Skill Sets :

• Project Management : Plan, execute, and deliver RPA projects using Agile / Waterfall methodologies. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Monitor project progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with business units to identify automation opportunities. Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Technical Coordination : Work closely with RPA developers, solution architects, and QA teams. Ensure adherence to RPA best practices and governance standards.
• Process Analysis & Documentation : Oversee process assessments and feasibility studies for automation. Maintain accurate documentation for processes, workflows, and project artifacts.
• Quality & Compliance : Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and audit requirements. Conduct UAT and manage deployment activities.
