About Our Opportunity

As part of the Digital Health Enablement Team you will play a critical role in advancing the One Person One Record (OPOR) initiative - one of the provinces most significant digital health transformations.

This position is essential to ensuring that digital health systems are deployed smoothly adopted effectively and sustained for the long term. From coordinating stakeholders to supporting go-live readiness you will help deliver on a system that makes healthcare more connected efficient and accessible for Nova Scotians across the province.

Youll bridge technical and clinical domains supporting system integration device deployment service model design and real-time reporting so that frontline healthcare professionals have the tools they need to deliver high-quality care.

Primary Accountabilities

• Drive planning and coordination for deployment and go-live milestones ensuring readiness across organizations and care settings.
• Provide real-time reporting and risk tracking to monitor progress and support decision-making.
• Support system integration and device deployment to ensure digital tools are fully adopted and operational in healthcare environments.
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable plans that improve healthcare delivery for communities across Nova Scotia.
