Description

As a SharePoint Consultant, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and supporting Power Apps solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, as well as consulting with enterprise and public sector clients on the setup, configuration, and administration of Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint solutions. This role ensures the implementation of best practices, whether through in-house development or collaboration with third-party vendor while providing guidance on the efficient use of these tools to meet critical business needs and enhance IT infrastructure. Responsibilities may evolve to align with the changing needs of the organization and its clients.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on best practices and design strategies for Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Plan, develop, and implement projects leveraging Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Engage in a prominent, customer-facing role with significant visibility.
  • Apply your expertise in workplace and cloud technologies to create actionable and detailed Statements of Work in collaboration with architects and project managers.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, technology advancements, and the nuances of core cloud and workplace solutions.
  • Continuously enhance your skills in solution delivery, user adoption, and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of consulting experience delivering engagements focused on SharePoint implementation and migration. Experience with SharePoint Server on-premises (2010, 2013, 2016, and 2019), SharePoint Online, SharePoint Workflow, and Power Automate.
  • Proven experience with SharePoint migration projects using SPMT and commercially available tools.
  • Experience with 3rd party migration tools (i.e. Sharegate, AvePoint, MigrationWiz, or Quest ODM)
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certification in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
  • Perform software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must-have.
