Job description

• Responsible for repairing all assigned vehicles according to estimates and within timeframes
• Complete repair order documentation and record keeping
• Use and maintain tools and equipment properly
• Keep the Service Manager informed of the progress of the repairs and communicate with the parts department to obtain the required parts as needed
• Keep personal workspace organized and return tools materials and equipment to designated areas
• Work in a high-volume environment and follow all company safety procedures
• Work as a team both individually and with other mechanics

• Service advisor/parts experience
• Knowledge of digital technology including the ability to use the internet and the appropriate software
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong customer service skills in order to handle customer complaints and questions effectively
• Ability to interpret technical terms to the customers
• Willingness to maintain a high degree of product and industry knowledge
• Exceptional customer service skills excellent follow-up skills with a genuine focus on customer support and retention

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
