Location : Eagle Street North, Cambridge (On-site position)

Compensation : Up to $, per year

Earning potential is based on your ability to sell effectively.

Hours : Open availability Monday to Thursday am to pm, Friday and Saturday am to pm

What You Will Be Doing :

  • Work with customers to identify their wants and needs based on approval rates
  • Create relationships through phone consults and virtually
  • Discuss and educate customers on current lender requirements
  • Conduct sales and leasing of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures
  • Opportunity to increase sales volume
  • Monitor DealerTrack for leads
  • Schedule appointments with customers
  • Consult financial institutions to obtain funding options
  • Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, completing sales / purchase contracts, explaining / offering warranties, services, and financing
  • Demonstrate vehicle features by explaining characteristics and capabilities
  • Follow all OMVIC & MVDA regulations

The ideal candidate for this position is incredibly passionate about sales and customer service. Must be motivated to build rapport with customers over the phone and make the most of each lead provided to them.

Successful Online Sales staff demonstrate a consistent drive to empower and support customers through the online sales process and take advantage of our ongoing training programs to maximize earning potential.

The goal for this position is to convert each customer interaction into Auto customers for life and to generate referrals!
