Relief Pharmacist - Regina Based

Overview

Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Full-Time Regina Based Relief Pharmacist to join our team! Shifts in Regina and 1.5 hours of surrounding areas guaranteed!

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development
• Administer vaccines and immunizations
• Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions
• C counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage
• Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities
• Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned
