Tow Truck Driver

We are currently seeking motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our team in La Prairie Quebec from Sunday to Saturday and one weekend out of 2 as of 8:30. You will play a vital role in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles enjoy hands-on work and providing exceptional customer service.

What youre responsible for:

• Safely transporting customers vehicles from point of pick up to the branch
• Maintain accurate records of towing assignments including vehicle information pick-up and drop-off locations and any special instructions
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safe operation
• Performing labouring tasks that may including depollution tire dismounting etc
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers supervisors and customers to coordinate towing activities
• Providing our customers with excellent customer service!

Qualifications :

To join our team:

• Valid class 5 drivers license with a clean driving abstract
• Knowledge of towing laws regulations and safety procedures
• Ability to operate and maneuver a tow truck safely in various road and weather conditions
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
