Our banking client, a top 5 bank in Canada, is looking for a Sr. Technical Analyst to develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines as well as support for infrastructure as code.
Duration : 6 months, Hybrid (1-2x / week on site)
Location : 44 King Street W, Downtown Toronto
Typical Day in Role :
- Gather requirements, design, configure, code, test, and resolve issues in a development and production support environment.
- Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines, support for infrastructure as code, job scheduling, unit / integration testing, business process documentation, development of training materials, and delivery of end-user training.
- Configure Terraform pipelines to provision VMs in Azure.
- Use Ansible or Puppet to install necessary NVIDIA drivers and CUDA toolkit on the VMs.
- Set up monitoring systems for the provisioned VMs and processes running on them.
- Translate business requirements into configurations and interface specifications.
- Coordinate testing and validation with business users.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications for the development of custom scripts, enhancements, interfaces, conversions, and forms.
Must Have Skills :
Overall 10+ years’ experience with the background of system administrator, software developer, or IT support specialist with recent 5+ years working as a DevOps engineer5+ years Linux environment, writing linux commands and shell scripting, Configuration Management in either of Puppet or Ansible3+ years in Configuration of Terraform Pipeline3+ years of experience in Public Cloud infrastructure setup and maintenance is must- Familiarity with different types of offerings (VM, scalesets, storage accounts) in assure Azure preferred.1+ years’ experience in Developing and maintain CI / CD pipelines and experience in ARM Templates (Azure resource manager)Nice-To-Have Skills :
