Senior Data Integration Specialist

THE ROLE :

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Data Integration Specialist who can bridge technical expertise with strong client engagement. In this role, you’ll support data delivery, integration, and onboarding efforts while working closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance data products and client outcomes. You’ll play a key role in shaping data solutions and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work with enterprise data platforms including Oracle, Postgres, Snowflake, Elasticsearch, and Azure SQL
• Serve as a technical resource for clients, troubleshooting data integration issues and supporting onboarding
• Provide Tier 2 support for data users, resolving complex issues efficiently
• Optimize internal data pipelines and contribute to the evolution of new data offerings
• Guide stakeholders on data access methods and integration best practices
• Prepare data for use in analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) and internal applications
• Document processes, data flows, and integration designs for knowledge sharing
• Lead and participate in major data migration projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate product enhancements, defects, and client feedback
• Maintain regular client interactions and log activities in CRM systems
• Mentor junior team members and support the onboarding of new technical staff
