Comox Valley Dental Centre has been serving Comox valley community for over a decade. At our practice, we provide a wide range of services ranging from general dentistry to cosmetic dentistry, dental Implants, Invisalign and much more.

Our team of dentists are highly regarded in their field and provide unparalleled dental care in a safe and soothing environment. We are passionately dedicated to continuing education and attend continuing education courses to stay on top of the current knowledge.

Schedule :

Monday to Thursday,8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm

The wage range is from $28 to $31 per hour depending on experience. Hourly wage is determined based on the candidate's work experience and will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities :

Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them

Optimize and coordinate the hygienist schedule

Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database

Manage incoming payments, track billing, and outstanding balances.

Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts

Verify patient insurance, and submit / process claims accurately and efficiently

About You :

Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
