Rockfon is currently seeking a talented and energetic District Sales Manager, Canada, to join the Rockfon Sales team with a territory of Ontario and Western Canada. The candidate will be based in the Greater Toronto area. This position reports to the Business Unit Manager and has no direct reports.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and execute Rockfon market strategies, both short and long term, while working directly with the Contractors (35%), Distributors (35%), Architects (10%), Third Party Agents (10%) and Administrative (10%), selling and specifying Rockfon products
  • Present new products and conduct AIA presentations to architects, designers and end users
  • Provide account management including merchandising, updating binders, installing and maintaining displays, ensuring good price points, and stock checking

What You Bring

  • Post-secondary education in Business or relevant field preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial sales, interior finishes or ceilings preferred
  • Skilled at building relationships with contractors, distributors and architects
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Microsoft Office expertise, CRM expertise
  • Ability to travel 50% with 35% overnight travel

  • The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 CAD. Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions. This position is bonus eligible.
