Key Accountabilities : Deliver technical support services in a courteous and responsive manner
Support a migration of Windows 10 to Windows 11.
Troubleshoot and resolve common application issues
Consistently demonstrate interpersonal and customer service skills in English and Spanish .Update Service now and leverage Knowledgebases
Understanding of Remote Support vital for this effort. Requirements / Qualifications : 1 - 2 years of work-related experience
Experience working with laptops and both Windows 10 operating systems.
CompTIA A+ and Windows 11 certification highly preferred
Associate’s degree or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated ability to multitask.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience working with Lenovo laptops, windows 11 operating systems and various Applications including O365
Experience with Service now a highly valuable asset.
