What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Customer Relationship Management : Build a qualified funnel of prospects and manage the sales process from the initial inquiry to the final delivery.
- Rapid Response : Provide industry‑leading service by answering all emails, website inquiries, and phone calls before the end of each workday (with a goal of a 2‑hour response time).
- Inventory & Marketing : Work closely with our marketing / operations department to manage inventory and ensure our trailer stock is moving effectively.
- The "Vantage" Touch : Perform a final detail and check‑off of every unit before the customer arrives. After the sale, you’ll send a handwritten follow‑up letter to express our sincere gratitude.
- Event Support : Represent the brand at trade shows and community events as requested.
- Daily Operations : Maintain our CRM system with daily updates on customer interactions.

Match or exceed gross margin targets set by management.Maintain a 2‑hour response window for customer communications.Achieve a high rate of 5‑star reviews on Google and Facebook.Commitment to growth through participation in at least one professional sales training program per year.Reporting & Growth
