Scheduler & Dispatcher-CHW Program – Canadian Red Cross

Location : In-person (Sudbury, ON)

Employment Status : Temporary Full-time

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the scheduling system for the program.
• Coordinate and dispatch staff and volunteers to support daily operations, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information.
• Monitor and track resource availability and deployment, ensuring all dispatches are well‑coordinated and effectively managed.
• Monitor inventory levels of equipment and supplies, and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with other CRC teams and external partners to ensure client service delivery is timely and effective.
• Provide timely and accurate progress reports on scheduling, deployment, and activities as required.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping.
• Receive client intake calls to determine eligibility and complete intake documentation within the client record.
