What you'll need to succeed

As Controller, you will be a key member of the finance leadership team for this construction group. You’ll manage all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and internal controls. This role oversees AP, AR, and payroll functions, ensuring accuracy andpliance while driving efficiency. Working closely with leadership, you’ll provide strategic insights to support growth and operational excellence.

What you'll get in return

You bring strong technical expertise in GAAP financial reporting, consolidation, and variance analysis, paired with hands-on experience in AP, AR, payroll, and job costing for construction projects. Proven ability to lead budgeting and forecasting processes, manage cash flow, and maintain banking relationships is essential.
