We’re not a gym; we’re a full-spectrum service that goes far beyond a client’s 60-minute session, with a commitment that spans more than two or three hours a week to drive total transformation.

What You’ll Do

As a Personal Trainer at UP, you’ll master your craft first, not chase sales targets. You’ll be trained to an elite level and equipped to coach clients using the industry-leading UP Method. You’ll work with a wide range of clients who trust UP to deliver results they haven’t achieved elsewhere, and you’ll provide world-class personal training with measurable impact as both coach and partner in your clients’ transformation journey.

This role is for trainers who are serious about their career, obsessed with client results, and committed to personal growth. Personal training at UP is a way of life.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• A Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent).
• A genuine passion for transforming lives.
• A strong work ethic and growth mindset.

We’ll handle the rest through our industry-leading onboarding, mentoring, and development programme, designed to shape great trainers into world-class coaches and future leaders.

Hours : Full-Time (including early mornings and late evenings during your first year)

Salary : £30,800 annually

OTE : up to £43,300 annually

Note : We require successful candidates to have a First Aid Certificate earned through an in-person certified course and valid for 12 months. Certifications obtained through online courses are not accepted. The certificate must hold ISO 9001 stamp or equivalent.
