COO Assistant

Seeking a skilled COO Assistant to join our growing team.

The COO Assistant will be responsible for assisting the COO in coordinating with strategic investment-related departments at the group level. As a core member, they will participate in pre-investment, in-investment, and post-investment work, including investment planning, investigation, suggestion, and implementation.

Other responsibilities include:

• Assist COO in implementing business strategic planning and decoding at the group level, and promote the continuous and rapid development of each business division in North America and Europe.
• Coordinating the group's functions and BUs at the group level, implementing cross-functional/product line resource scheduling and integration, and promoting continuous improvement, innovation in the operation management process and continuous breakthroughs in operation management performance.
• Organize relevant parties at the group level, coordinating and handling major and unexpected issues to ensure harmonious and good relationships between each business division and customers, suppliers, and local communities.
• Other tasks assigned by the Chief Operating Officer

To qualify for this role you must meet the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related or higher
• At least 10 years of working experience in production and operation-related positions
• 5 years of experience in Senior Management, with experience in production and operation-related positions in large and medium-sized enterprises
• Bilingual: English and Mandarin fluency is a must-have

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and collaborative tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently with minimal supervision.
