The candidate would be required to attend a mandatory full-time training of approximately 4 weeks before starting the part-time job.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
On a typical day, you will:
- Connect with clients in with respect to their portfolio to collect payroll data
- Produce payroll according to client expectations and current payroll legislation
- Plan and prioritize work to meet service levels and client expectations
- Provide one-time support to the client during payroll input
- Follow department policies and procedures
- Work closely with resources in other pay areas
- Meet quality standards.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 1 year full-time experience or 2 years part-time experience
- Excellent client service skills
- Ability to work under pressure, while respecting timelines and with a positive attitude
- Demonstrate versatility and autonomy
- Confidentiality and thoroughness
- Demonstrate partnership skills
- High sense of organization and priorities
- Knowledge of accounting principles (an asset)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $14 –$22 . This role is an existing vacancy.
