On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Oncologist to join their team :
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver comprehensive cancer oncology care across all stages of treatment.
- Independently manage complex oncology cases and ensure coordinated care across multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead and participate in tumour boards, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and educate clinical staff, fostering professional development.
- Apply evidence-based protocols adapted to the Centre’s resources and context.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, ethical, and professional standards.
- Perform administrative duties, including staff evaluations, departmental planning, and other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience, and Skills :
Doctor of Medicine degree with specialist registration or board certification in Clinical Oncology.Minimum of 2 years post-certification experience at a recognised cancer centre.Experience working in a radiation center is a plus.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Expertise in advanced radiation oncology techniques.Proven leadership in multidisciplinary teams and clinical decision-making.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including patient and family counselling.Ability to work independently, manage complex cases, and prioritise under pressure.Commitment to continuous professional development, research, and quality improvement.
