Executive Assistant

EBT is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced professional services environment anticipates needs before they arise and brings exceptional attention to detail. The Executive Assistant will manage calendars coordinate client communications prepare documentation support project workflows and ensure our principals are equipped to deliver outstanding service. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned principal including calendar management travel coordination and meeting scheduling.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for their clients and to internal staff ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Prepare edit and proofread correspondence reports presentations and other documents.
• Monitor and manage critical deadlines for client filings coordinating with staff to ensure timely submission of required documentation.
• Support billing activities by preparing and issuing invoices and maintaining accurate client file records.
• Organize and coordinate internal and external events including client meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain and organize confidential files documentation and firm records to ensure efficient retrieval and compliance.
• Conduct research and gather information for principal-led projects presentations and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare reports dashboards and analytical summaries to support principal and team decision-making.
• Utilize firm-specific software and tools for project management document collaboration and communication.
• Provide tailored executive support including handling confidential information and facilitating principal communications and priorities.
