Purpose of the position

The private retirement residence Les Tours Angrignon is ideally located close to many amenities, allowing residents to enjoy the benefits of urban living while being within walking distance of Angrignon Park. We are looking for two complete training PAB (DEP or AEP), Law 90 and for our residence. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
• While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
• Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
• Proactively assist and support the residents
• Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies
• In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .
• Respond to all emergency situations

Required qualifications :

• PDSB training
• Up to date CPR / AED training certificates
• Law 90 training
