What youll do

Responsibilities

This integral role is responsible for managing and coordinating LSMs risk management activities focusing on identifying evaluating and mitigating operational financial compliance and regulatory risks. They will also ensure that the organization remains compliant with relevant laws and regulations while supporting the development of robust risk management frameworks and strategies.

Framework Development

• Supporting the ongoing development implementation and enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Compliance frameworks and policies.
• Supporting the refresh of KRIs EWIs tolerances / thresholds and escalation pathways.
• Supporting the development and ongoing maintenance of risk reporting (themes trends and forward-looking insights) for ELT and the Board
• Collaborating with business leads on risk identification and assessment across all business units ensuring comprehensive risk profiles are established.
• Implementing risk management tools and systems to improve risk identification monitoring and reporting capabilities.
• Supporting the development and maintenance of the ICAAP Recovery Plan ILAAP Climate Risk disclosures and other regulatory deliverables.

Regulatory Compliance

Assessing and identifying changes to regulatory and compliance landscape and assessing impact of new / changed regulation and compliance procedures and / or documents determining required changes and level of change management to meet compliance and support and oversee the change(s).

What youll need

Qualifications

The Manager ERM & Regulatory Compliance will have successfully completed a bachelors degree in business Finance or Risk Management plus have 5-7 years industry experience in risk management regulatory compliance or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
