We’re seeking a Service and Support Technician to play a key role in our day-to-day operations. This position ensures our equipment is maintained to the highest standards and that our teams receive the support they need to succeed. You’ll work with a variety of tools, equipment, and technology—while helping keep our operations running smoothly and safely.
What You’ll Do Shop Service Responsibilities
- Assemble, maintain, test, and repair mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
- Support field service technicians with troubleshooting and parts preparation.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical issues.
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and inventory documentation.
- Assist with parts identification, ordering, and inventory control.
- Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, hand tools, and power tools.
- Ensure full compliance with company HSE policies and safety procedures.
- Provide technical assistance and exceptional customer support.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
- Oversee fleet truck management.
Additional Support Duties
Assist with hot-shot equipment needs.Perform inventory on unmanned jobsites.What You Bring
2–4 years of experience as a shop or industrial service technician (mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical background preferred).Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.Experience with heavy equipment, oilfield tools, or industrial machinery is an asset.Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, service tracking software).Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract.Forklift and / or overhead crane certification is an asset (training is available).Schedule & Benefits
