Schedule

The successful candidates will be required to work primarily 8-hour days, evenings and nights, scheduled alternate weekends and pick up shifts Monday through Sunday. Weekdays: 0600-1400, 0700-1500, 0800-1600, 0830-1630, 0900-1700, 1100-1900, 1200-2000,1500-2300,1600-2400,2300-0700. Weekends: 0700-1500, 0730-1530, 1100-1900, 1200-2000, 1500-2300, 1600-2400, 2300-0700. Transport

Transportation of patients and equipment to all areas. Transportation of specimens, soiled equipment and Delivery of clean and soiled linen carts. Transportation of pharmaceutical meds, supplies and scripts.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service role. Portering experience preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient computer skills. Demonstrated good attendance and performance records with the ability to maintain these same standards. Demonstrated commitment to a healthy and safe workplace for self and others (staff, patients, families, etc.) by taking all reasonable precautions and working in compliance with organization-related policies, health and safety legislation and best practices and completing relevant mandatory education as required.
