We’re seeking a skilled Project Manager to join a 100% employeeowned national General Contractor specializing in commercial and institutional projects, based in Edmonton.

What You’ll Do :
Manage commercial and institutional construction projects from preconstruction through to turnover.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource allocations.Lead and influence project teams including contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal functional groups.Oversee contract administration, proposals, change orders, and negotiations.Ensure compliance with safety requirements, building codes, and regulatory standards.Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure quality expectations are met.Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.Prepare and distribute accurate project progress reports and documentation.Collaborate closely with the Project Director and regional leadership teams in a highly supportive, mentorship-driven environment.What We’re Looking For :
8–10 years of experience in construction project management (commercial or institutional focus).Diploma or degree in Construction Management or equivalent combination of training and experience.Proven success collaborating with subcontractors, engineers, consultants, and owner representatives.Strong budgeting, scheduling, contract management, and risk management capabilities.Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills.Proficiency with MS Project and Procore is an asset.General Contractor experience is required.Experience managing healthcare projects with Alberta Health Services (AHS) is a strong advantage.If this sounds like a fit for you, we invite you to apply today!
