Technical Analyst

Job Summary

A Technical Business Analyst in an IT environment with significant experience working with multi‑org & global implementations.

Responsibilities

• Act as Interface between business partners, data source owners and application developers to define requirements and use cases.
• Development and tuning of ad‑hoc reporting queries using SQL.
• Work with the development team & technical architects to fully identify all aspects of the data and functional requirements.
• Work closely and interactively with the Process Owners and Business and Technical Stakeholders to act as a primary point of contact for identifying and documenting requirements for new business or technical opportunities or enhancements.
• Provide technical support to business users – troubleshooting and providing fixes where required.
• Understand Customers objectives, processes & products in order to make educated recommendations and improvements.
• Provide reports and analysis of data that allows the business to make data driven decisions to improve business operations.
