At UNIQLO, the UMC (Uniqlo Manager Candidate) position is the gateway to becoming a Store Manager, and ultimately an Area Manager—roles that lead directly to top global leadership positions such as CEO and COO in our various markets. Our Area Managers and Store Managers are the company’s most influential decision-makers. They set the direction, define priorities, and guide the head office—not the other way around. Key Responsibilities:

Annual Salary: $72,000 CAD.

The annual salary is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
