Duration : 6 months to start, possibility of extension

Location : Mississauga (hybrid, 3 days in office, Wednesday mandatory)

Responsibilities :

  • Build strong business and operations relationships with Marketplace sellers.
  • Manage seller performance against key Marketplace KPIs.
  • Manage seller performance review processes.
  • Work with sellers to identify and resolve any issues and provide solutions to ensure we offer a positive customer experience.
  • Act as an escalation point for all customer inquiries / requests and work with sellers
  • Represent Marketplace as an operations subject matter expert in all eCommerce projects. Plan, communicate, and drive adoption of any effort required by sellers.
  • Design and develop future Marketplace operations and fulfillment processes.
  • Liaise with store teams to address and resolve opportunities related to Marketplace site-to-store shipments.

Must Haves :

  • 2+ years of Vendor Management experience
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience in Retail Operations, Supply Chain or eCommerce
