Description

Background Information :

The purpose of this request is to acquire a Senior Software Developer-CRM who will assist in the implementation of several Salesforce projects that require external expertise in software development.

The Senior Software Developer will continue to assist in the implementation of several projects that require external expertise in Salesforce development.

Responsibilities :

The Sr. Software Developer will work directly with the program team specifically the existing Salesforce administrators. They will develop problem solve and implement projects within the existing salesforce environment. The responsibilities are focused specifically on the deliverables mentioned above.

Desired Skills :

Experience building Salesforce Community Sites

Experience building Salesforce visualforce pages

Experience with Salesforce integration tools

Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills

A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines

Required Skills :

Proven experience in the delivery and execution of projects / programs

Deep knowledge of Customer Relationship Management platforms

Intermediate level of coding experience required

Required Experience / Evaluation Criteria : 100 Points

Salesforce administrator certification. : 30 Points

Intermediate experience in coding. : 30 Points

4-6 years experience support Salesforce administration. : 40 Points

Deliverables

Deliverables Include :

Complete Salesforce community site development testing and deployment for two existing community sites.

Intake forms development and implementation to replace all forms currently hosted by SurveyMonkey with innate Salesforce functionality.

Intake forms review and problem-solving on forms currently built as VisualForce Pages.

Develop and implement IEHP client intake form and self-assessment.

Other Salesforce development projects as required.

Additional Terms

Term : The term of this Engagement Assignment is 66 Business Days. The Engagement Assignment may also be extended for unused Business Days at Ontario Healths discretion.

The resource will comply with Ontario Health policies and procedures.

Ontario Health systems cannot be accessed from outside the province of Ontario and Ontario Health assets including laptops and related equipment cannot be removed from the province of Ontario without prior written approval from Ontario Health.

Assignment Type : This position is currently listed as Hybrid. The resource under this request will be required to work onsite as per Hiring Manager sole discretion.
