Êtes-vous un leader passionné capable de proposer une vision pour inspirer les autres? Pouvez-vous assurer le mentorat d’une équipe en vue de favoriser une expérience client positive et de renforcer la confiance financière en notre banque? À titre de Directeur de succursale, vous contribuerez à notre réussite globale grâce à vos compétences exceptionnelles en leadership, en expérience client et en gestion de personnel.

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous devrez faire ce qui suit:

  • Perfectionner, diriger et coacher l’équipe sur les conversations et stratégies de prestation de conseils aux clients, en vue d’améliorer l’expérience client globale et de stimuler la confiance des employés et des clients
  • Améliorer les processus de la succursale en respectant le budget pour atteindre l’excellence opérationnelle
  • Gérer la stratégie globale de la succursale en vous acquittant des tâches de la succursale liées aux fonds communs de placement, au crédit garanti par des biens immobiliers et à d’autres problèmes de conformité
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec Gestion de patrimoine et Services bancaires aux entreprises pour vous tenir au courant des processus de bout en bout, des problèmes en émergence et des règlements du secteur
  • Générer la demande de solutions bancaires en créant des liens efficaces avec les clients et des sources de recommandation, tout en assurant la confidentialité et l’exactitude
  • Agir à titre de dernier point de transmission à une instance supérieure de la succursale pour résoudre les problèmes soulevés
  • Inspirer une équipe interreliée pour accroître le volume d’affaires et augmenter l’efficacité et les économies d’échelle en trouvant des occasions d’amélioration
  • Former et diriger une équipe très efficace en utilisant de façon optimale les talents des membres de l’équipe, et faire en sorte que les activités de gestion du rendement soient effectuées conformément aux politiques des ressources humaines
  • Assurer le leadership et le mentorat de l’équipe et veiller à l’horaire adéquat des employés pour répondre aux besoins des clients en respectant des échéances serrées
  • Contribuer à l’établissement d’un milieu de travail instructif, juste et positif en partageant les compétences et les connaissances, en favorisant un dialogue ouvert et en stimulant l’équipe, pour atteindre des objectifs communs

Exigences du poste:

  • Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle et/ou plus de cinq années d’expérience pertinente
  • Réussite du cours de responsable de la conformité de la succursale (RCS) et du cours de l’IFIC, ou du Cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilières au Canada (CCVM)
  • Connaissance approfondie des processus avancés sur les placements et le crédit, ainsi que des risques, afin de repérer les lacunes, d’en faire le suivi et de les corriger efficacement
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques, tels que la suite MS Office et l’application Internet
  • Solides aptitudes en communication pour agir à titre de liaison avec les clients, les employés et les équipes interfonctionnelles
  • Décideur minutieux pouvant faire preuve de discrétion et de jugement lors du traitement d’information confidentielle
  • Leader bienveillant ayant une expérience reconnue dans un milieu de travail au rythme rapide, grâce à un très bon sens de l’organisation et à de solides compétences en communication, en planification et en gestion du temps
