What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Own the security program portfolio and manage the end-to-end security program roadmapLead the Vulnerability Management program, including prioritization frameworks and remediation trackingServe as the primary program-level owner for SOC 2 execution, coordinating timelines and evidence collectionDesign and evolve the operating model for security programs to ensure scalabilityCommunicate program status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to senior leaders and stakeholdersWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
Deep experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs in security, infrastructure, or highly regulated domainsProven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels while ensuring deliveryStrong technical fluency for effective partnership with security and engineering teamsExceptional communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authorityA mindset rooted in ownership, transparency, and continuous improvementHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Direct experience supporting SOC 2 or similar security compliance frameworksFamiliarity with vulnerability management tools and penetration testing workflowsExperience working in cloud-based environments and modern CI / CD pipelinesBackground in health-tech, fintech, or other highly regulated industriesExperience scaling security programs in a growing organization“We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
