Your mission is as follows :

Key Responsibilities : As a Project Manager with our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include :

• Manage project execution, ensuring strict adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Collaborate with project personnel toidentifyand resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identifythe need forinitialor supplemental project resources and make effective allocations.
• Develop and update project plans for information technology projects, includingobjectives, technologies, systems, schedules, funding, and staffing.
• Perform risk assessments to develop strategies for managing and mitigating project risks.
• Prepare comprehensive project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Establishand execute a project communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Monitorthe performance of project team members, providing feedback andmaintainingperformance documentation.
• Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain necessary resources or materials.
• Oversee the success of the project portfolio by putting in place the required governance and reporting processes
• Produce bi-weekly invoicing report for finance to invoice the correct amount to customers
• Manage escalations,assistproject teams in critical situations or when projects are off track, and effectively engage in difficult conversations with customers
• Ensure when a new contract gets signed, the transition to the delivery team gets executed promptly and according to the established process
• Coach the delivery team on current processes and project management best practices
