Job Description
BMO is currently sourcing for a Senior Communications Analyst position on a 12- month contract.
This role is within the Employee Technology Experience team. They handle the internal technology communications for Engineering and Technology Resiliency & Experience Operations groups, enterprise-wide communications, and internal website content for intranet sites. The selected candidate will be working on various ad hoc projects as well as “return to office” and “new ways of working” content.

Qualifications
Creating engaging content in a creative and comprehensive fashion : 4 years (Required)Change management experience : 4 years (Desired)Expert experience with M365 Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Content Management Publishing tools, OneDrive, Teams, Yammer and SharePoint team sites : 4 years (Required)Previous experience producing content, creating engaging employee resources and visually engaging presentations for executive audiences : 4 years (Required)Financial industry experience : 4 years (Desired)
Education / Certifications
Degree and / or Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, etc. (Required)
