The Role
We’re looking for an Intermediate/Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET C#) to join our team in Montreal’s Angus Technopole district.
In this role, you’ll contribute directly to the evolution of our FlowFit platform, working across both backend and frontend technologies. You’ll collaborate with a talented team to design, develop, and improve solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients in the language services industry.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, building scalable applications, and contributing ideas in a collaborative Agile environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Product Development
- Contribute actively to the development and enhancement of the FlowFit platform
- Build and maintain scalable backend and frontend functionalities
- Participate in architecture, technical design, and implementation decisions
Client-Focused Solutions
- Analyze client needs and contribute to solution design
- Develop interfaces and features that improve usability and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor system performance and proactively recommend improvements
- Contribute to ongoing product innovation and optimization initiatives
- Support best practices in software quality, maintainability, and development processes
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in web application development
- Experience working in Agile development environments
