You Are

A Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java and React, who can also play the role of a Technical Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing complex solutions, guiding the technical direction of the team, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Experience with AI technologies, especially AI chatbots, will be a strong advantage.

The Opportunity

• Lead the design and development of scalable full stack applications using Java (backend) and React (frontend).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect and implement complex business logic and integrations.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Contribute to AI chatbot development or integration efforts, where applicable.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical documentation.

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
