Duties : The substitute Instructor will provide back-up coverage for instructors in the program. Responsibilities will encompass facilitating student academic achievement, including course preparation, teaching, assessing student work, and providing constructive feedback, guidance, support and direction.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in closely related discipline. Additional post-secondary education and training in teaching, (e.g. A Master’s Degree in Adult Education, a Provincial Teaching Certificate or, a Provincial Instructor's Diploma) is preferred. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
The successful applicant will possess a broad range of content knowledge, confidence and relevant experience. Experience should demonstrate excellent technology and group facilitation skills.
