Java Technical Lead

Overview

A hands-on Technical Team Lead with strong expertise in Java / Spring Boot, Oracle ATG Web Commerce, and Angular, actively involved in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale applications.

Responsibilities

• Leads development of scalable backend services and robust Angular frontends, including direct Oracle ATG customizations and secure REST / SOAP API implementations. Brings solid experience in microservices architecture, performance tuning, concurrency handling, caching, and messaging systems such as Kafka.
• Drives end-to-end delivery ownership—from requirements and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and production support. Collaborates closely with Product, Architecture, UX, QA, DevOps, and Operations teams to ensure alignment, quality, and timely delivery.
• Provides technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, and hands-on problem resolution, while mentoring team members and enforcing engineering best practices.
• Experienced in deploying and supporting applications on cloud platforms including Azure, with exposure to containerized environments and CI / CD pipelines.
