Automotive Sales Consultants

The NewRoads Automotive Group is expanding across multiple dealerships, and we are looking for Sales Consultants to join our team, where our associates are our greatest asset.

We are actively seeking for the following locations:

· NewRoads Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC located at 18100 Yonge Street, Newmarket, Ontario.

· NewRoads Mazda, located at 349 Mulock Drive, Newmarket, Ontario.

· NewRoads Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, located at 17615 Yonge Street, Newmarket, Ontario.

· NewRoads Honda, located at 75 Mulock Drive, Newmarket, Ontario.

· NewRoads Toyota Newmarket, located at 1171 Davis Drive, Newmarket, Ontario.

· NewRoads Subaru Richmond Hill, located at 11645 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill, Ontario.

· NewRoads Toyota Aurora, located at 669 Wellington Street, Aurora, Ontario.

· NewRoads Subaru Newmarket, located at 17415 Yonge Street, Newmarket, Ontario.

Responsibilities of a Sales Consultant include:

• Greeting customers and providing them with information regarding vehicles for sale;
• Conducting test drives of vehicles for sale;
• Emphasizing product/service features and benefits;
• Quoting prices, overcoming objections of prospective customers, and preparing sales order forms/reports;
• Building and fostering a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth;
• Ensuring that every vehicle delivery is special for each and every client;
• Following up on all leads from all sources;
• Developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers;
• Building and maintaining ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other research.
• Answering customer inquiries via email, text, and phone;

What You Offer:

• Previous sales experience is an asset;
• Hospitality experience is a great asset;
• The ability to work independently and as a part of a team;
• You are self-motivated, confident, and customer-focused with strong organizational skills;
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent listening skills;
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm;
• Valid Drivers License and good driving record;
• Must have the ability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled
• Possess a high level of integrity and work ethic.
