Key Responsibilities :

• Inspiring Leadership : Lead by example, motivating and empowering team members to exceed expectations and achieve their full potential.
• Brand Ambassador : Act as a brand ambassador, representing Harvey and Company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Passion for Growth : Drive continuous improvement and growth initiatives within the Customer Champion : Prioritize customer satisfaction and loyalty, consistently delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a leadership role, ideally within the heavy equipment industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
