🔧 Structural Steel Fitters – Day & Night Shifts Available (Nisku / Edmonton)

Are you a layout expert who thrives on the precision of structural steel? We are looking for 8 skilled Fitters to join a high-production shop in the Nisku area. With projects booked solid through 2027, this is the long-term stability you’ve been looking for.

While welding is part of the role, we are specifically looking for "Fit-First" mentalities—pros who can take a complex blueprint and turn a pile of steel into a perfectly aligned masterpiece.

🕒 Available Shifts & Openings

We are currently looking to fill the following slots :

Day Shift (2 Openings) :

• Mon - Thurs : 6 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Fri : 6 : 30 AM – 2 : 45 PM

Night Shift (6 Openings) :

Mon - Thurs : 4 : 00 PM – 3 : 30 AM (Includes a $3 / hr premium boost!)

Responsibilities

Fitting & Welding : Structural steel (beams, columns, balconies, etc.).

Blueprint Mastery : Reading shop drawings and putting them into action.

Assembly : Tack welding and helping move projects through the production line.

Innovation : Using both manual and robotic welders (we’ll train you on the tech).

Safety : Keeping a "safety first" mindset within a close-knit team.

Qualifications

Fitting Expertise : Significant experience in structural steel layout and assembly.

Valid Tickets : Current CWB FCAW (All Positions) is an asset.

Precision : Meticulous with a tape measure and an understanding of tight tolerances.

Reliability : You show up on time, every time.
