We’re seeking experienced, detail-oriented Production Jewelers to join our state-of-the-art Central Repair Facility in Markham, ON . In this role, you’ll do more than repair jewelry—you’ll help preserve memories and create lasting impressions.

From brand-new designs to cherished heirlooms, every piece you touch carries value. Your craftsmanship will help bring those stories back to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional repairs on gold and silver jewelry, including resizing, re-shanking, soldering, prong / channel repair, polishing, refinishing, and stone setting
• Work confidently with a range of gemstone cuts and setting styles
• Use precision tools and equipment for cutting, welding, soldering, polishing, and electroplating
• Ensure each piece meets high-quality standards before it reaches the customer
• Collaborate on process improvements in a LEAN-focused environment
• Participate in workplace initiatives such as Safety and Engagement committees
• Maintain consistent attendance—reliability and teamwork are essential to success
