S.i. System's client is looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst to triage complex issues within a Salesforce & Java environment.
1-year remote contract, PST time zone
MUST HAVES :
- 5+ years troubleshooting tier 3 tickets i n either Salesforce and / or Java related applications
- Strong experience with application and integration support ( Web Service / Rest API / SOAP API)
NICE TO HAVES :
