S.i. System's client is looking for a  Senior Application Support Analyst to triage complex issues within a Salesforce & Java environment.

1-year remote contract, PST time zone

MUST HAVES :

  • 5+ years troubleshooting tier 3 tickets i n either Salesforce and / or Java related applications
  • Strong experience with application and integration support ( Web Service / Rest API / SOAP API)

NICE TO HAVES :

  • Monitoring (Datadog, ELK, TICK, Prometheus, Splunk, SolarWinds, AppDynamics,)
  • Database user background - Oracle / MySQL / MSSQL / PostgreSQL - should be able to write SQL Queries, update statements - be able to read statements for troubleshooting purposes
  • Administration with :  Linux, Windows, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
  • Scripting - PowerShell / Python / bash
  • Systemd / system component knowledge
  • Application / System Administrative experience
  • AWS / GCP / Azure experience
  • Familiarities with :  Apache Tomcat, Nginx, JBOSS, IBM Websphere
  • Git, Docker
  • Certificate management – Windows & Java keystores
