Senior Project Control Analyst

Were actively seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to join our team in Ottawa. As a experienced Analyst youll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with other analysts and various business departments including finance manufacturing and supply chain. Your primary responsibility will be to be a trusted partner of our programs by providing critical schedule / cost / and earned value performance measurements. This role places a strong emphasis on precision and attention to detail and proficiency in MS Project Excel and Cobra and your ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.

In this role you will :

Program Planning Scheduling & Earned Value

• Driving and managing the project master schedule and input into associated project plans schedules and earned value systems
• Supporting the planning initiation and execution of work breakdown structures (WBS) work packages cost accounts earned value methodology
• Assignment of resources using scheduling tools analysis of resource loading identification of critical path activities and recommendations
• Set-up and maintenance of programs in earned value reporting system to facilitate the reporting of earned value cost and schedule metrics against established baseline
• Maintaining schedule updates and estimates to complete (ETC). Preparation of baseline change requests reflecting scope changes as needed
